Landscaping with the lot!
After going back and fourth with Northern Beaches council we were finally able to design and erect a masterpiece that overcame massive drainage issues, ongoing maintenance, a sewer easement and create a more functional area for our lovely clients.
We started from scratch and removed 220t of fill to flatten this front yard and create a masterpiece. We worked closely with Sydney Water and our engineers to overcome the issue in regards to the sewer easement located on the front boundary.
60T of concrete and over over 5000 bessa blocks later, our clients are stoked with the outcome as are we.

French Pattern Tiling In Narraweena
The client requested the backyard to be renovated. We added a french pattern travertine tiling.
This was an average sized yard that was square.
The tiling was laid across the width of the back of the house and extended down the right-hand side of the fence. As there was a slight gradient in the land we added a step into the tiling.
