Pool Renovation Northbridge NSW
Northbridge is located 6 kilometres to the north of Sydney on the Lower North Shore. The client has an existing swimming pool and decking area that needs renovating.
We removed all the brickwork that was on the edge of the swimming pool and replaced this with teakwood sandstone.
Sandstone Pool Decking Northbridge
The first task was to remove the rotting timber decking that surrounded the pool. Over time the timber had begun to rot and was becoming a safety issue. Also, the continual maintenance of the area was time-consuming as dirt, debris and leaves were being captured between the timber planks.
Surrounding the pool area with sealed teakwood sandstone reduced the upkeep and added value to the home. Teakwood is a natural stone and has a non-slip service and does not fade over time if its sealed properly.
Travertine Stairs Northbridge
Previously the glassed entrance to the pool was via a descending 6-step timber stairway. We removed the entire stair system and built a new bessa block stairwell and cladded it with teakwood sandstone.
