Outdoor Flooring Construction Wollstonecraft

Wollstonecraft is a harbourside suburb that is located 4 kilometres north of Sydney on the lower North Shore.
The client’s brief was to remove the old and worn concrete and brick flooring and lay new travertine tiles.

We removed all the concrete and bricks and leveled off the area before laying the travertine tiles. On the east side was a wall which we rendered.

This courtyard area led to the open garage that was at the back of the property. There were 4 steps that led to the garage.

The garage location was a metre above the flooring and had a retaining wall and steps that were built from bricks. We reinforced this wall and the steps and laid the travertine tiles over it.

Wall Rendering Wollstonecraft

There is a brick and concrete wall along the pathway to the courtyard. This wall over time had begun to buckle and fall apart. We repaired and reinforced the wall before we rendered it. On top of this wall, we added lattice screen panels for extra privacy.
